The friendly people behind Shaped Snowboarding like to do things a little bit different. When usually boardshops decide to go online, Shaped went from the web to a actual store in The Hague.
Shaped started a little over a year ago with a timid little online boardshop. Shortly after that they started bombing the scene by getting Cees Wille, Gerben Verweij and Joey van Essen and Steef van der Meer on their team. Later a bunch of local kamakaze shredders started reppin’ them as their am. team, think Rachida Aoulad, Kas Lemmens and Bart Falhaber. They put a lot of love into our local snowscene by supporting all these riders, being present at almost every event that pops up, and don’t forget about Momentum, presented by Shaped Snowboarding.

Yep these guys have been very kind to us, but because they hid behind the online exclusive store, it was hard to get to meet them.
Now that’s easy, just go shake some hands in The Hague.

Last week we stopped by three time and every time I planned on staying for like a minute to pick up some gear. Three hours later I found myself chilling with some friends, watching the Forum movie, playing some Mario Cart, or getting some grub before hitting the dome.
Yep last week we had enough time to check the collection out and we found a wide range of brands from Forum and Special Blend, to Holden, L1, DC, Union bindings, Smokin’ Decks, Ongetemd streetwear, and much much more.

Who could give better advice on Smokin’ decks than Cees Wille, he’s been snapping these decks for a few seasons now and used them in pow, on the streets and in the park.

So pick a day, pick a time, and drop by for yourself.
